Simple, clear, informative - mySCQM gives you access to your personal data. This gives you insight into the progression of your disease and all important disease-related information.

We want to support not only the medical profession and researchers, but also you as a patient. This is why we have developed mySCQM: A modern web application that you can use on your smartphone as well as on your computer.

Clear and easy to use: mySCQM on your smartphone

The advantages of mySCQM:

  • You get insight into the progression of your disease.
  • You can see your current medication at any time.
  • You can record your current symptoms.
  • With your participation you improve the quality of your treatment and bridge the gaps between consultations.

How to view your disease activity

In mySCQM you can see your disease activity in the form of a diagram under "Disease progression".

The chart visualises your disease based on different values - e.g. regarding your pain, functional limitations (such as difficulty in getting dressed or opening a bottle), or your need for painkillers. This allows you to track your personal disease activity at any time. We will be happy to explain to you in more detail what the individual values and abbreviations mean.

The data displayed depends on your diagnosis. If not all the values listed under your diagnosis are shown, this information has probably not been entered into the database (either by you or by your healthcare professional). The values from the questionnaires are very valuable for your doctor. It is therefore well worth your time to fill in the questionnaires.
