Family planning is also an important topic for women with inflammatory rheumatic diseases. However, specific risks can occur - e.g. with medication and hormonal changes. We want to better understand these risks. That is why SCQM has launched the pregnancy registry RePreg.

Are you considering family planning or are you currently pregnant? Then support rheumatology research and join SCQM's RePreg (Reproduction and Pregnancy) pregnancy registry. Talk to your healthcare professional, who will then enrol you in the RePreg pregnancy registry.

What requirements do I have to fulfil?

  • You suffer from an inflammatory rheumatic disease and are already enrolled in the SCQM.
  • Possibility 1: You are trying to get pregnant.
  • Possibility 2: You are currently pregnant.
  • Possibility 2: You gave birth no more than two months ago.

What is the pregnancy registry RePreg?

The pregnancy registry RePreg was developed by the Centre for Rheumatic Diseases in Pregnancy at the Inselspital Bern in collaboration with the SCQM Foundation. The registry collects data to gain better insights into the impact of pregnancy on rheumatic disease. In addition, data on the child's health and development up to the age of four will be collected.
