  • Do new biologics meet the unmet medical need in RA? Safety and efficacy of another biologic agent following B-cell depletion in patients who have previously failed at least one TNF antagonist (Study lead: Uli Walker). Project will be performed within the CERERRA collaboration.
  • Ultrasound findings according to the SONAR score in Patients in Remission according to new 2011 ACR-EULAR remission. Study lead:  Dr. Pascal Zufferey (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Lausanne (CHUV)). Accepted by the SCQM board on the 5th of September 2011.
  • Response to TNF inhibition in early versus late axial Spondyloarthritis. Study lead Dr. Adrian Ciurea (Universitätsspital Zürich). Accepted by the SCQM board on the 5th of September 2011.

Abstracts at EULAR 2012 The following two abstracts are accepted for oral presentation at the European League Against Rheumatism International Congress in Berlin:
New publications using SCQM data Since the beginning of the year, three new articles using SCQM data have been published.
ACR Highlight for Michael Nissen and SCQM The abstract of Michael Nissen was selected as one of the highlights of American Collage of Rheumatology (ACR) annual conference 2011! His findings support the current recomandation that DMARD co-therapy provides no additional benefit over anti-TNF monotherapy in SpA.
