After the inclusion, the patients are invited to conduct a yearly control each year. This yearly control again includes a standardized clinical assessment and a standardized questionnaire for the patient. 

Once the online database is life, the call for yearly controls will be sent per e-mail.
For RA patients, we need up-to-date x-ray images of hands and feet every two years.

For AS patients, we need up-to-date images of the cervical spine lateral view, lumbar spine apical and lateral view and overview of the hip every two years.
