For the inclusion in the SCQM database, an informed consent, signed by the patient, is indispensable. The informed consent  form has to be sent to the SCQM office by post  or fax, where it is filed. 
Additional to the inclusion questionnaire and the signed informed consent, the following x-ray images are needed for an inclusion.

• RA: Hands and feet apical view
• AS: Cervical spine lateral view, lumbar spine apical and lateral view and overview of the hip.
