The Swiss Clinical Quality Management in Rheumatic Diseases allows Swiss rheumatologist to track the course of disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing Spondylitis and Psoriatic arthritis. The SCQM questionnaires cover a wide range of aspects of these diseases and therefore facilitate tracking the course of disease based on a broad set of disease activity and health measures. 

This long-term data collection generates a basis for further therapeutic decisions, and is aimed to optimally represent the complex disease processes. The data collection is naturally not complete, but contains pieces of information from different levels, ranging from damage by disease to disease activity and participation in everyday life.
